EAT CORNBREAD RAISE HELL was FIRST put on the wall of the Mens Room of The Chukker BY ME & on the wall of the Chukker Ladies Room BY MY LATE WIFE, SHARON, in about '88 or '89, back when Bruce Hopper owned it. I'd missed my 20th DOTHAN HIGH CLASS OF '68 Reunion but I'd immersed myself in '68 nostalgia. ECRH was a take off on our DHS Sr. '68 motto "RAISE HELL, GO NAKED". Well,"Eat Cornbread, Raise Hell" caught on and got "reprinted" all over the bar & then it caught on with the "bohemian crowd" in T-town. When you google "EAT CORNBREAD RAISE HELL" you get over 280 results & now they even got a EAT CORNBREAD RAISE HELL DOT COM !
